    What is a Scientific Theory?
    .
    A Scientific Theory is
    - (i) a theory that permits ONLY Scientific Hypotheses within its framework, and
    - (ii) that does NOT use secondary ad-hoc post-hoc escape-hypotheses to avoid contrary evidence, and
    - (iii) that is NOT a Metaphysical Interpretive Paradigm that is immune to any contrary evidence (e.g., via the use of escape-hypotheses that are themselves NOT testable and NOT falsifiable as having occurred in the situations for which they are invoked to avoid the contrary evidence).
