What is a Scientific Theory?

A Scientific Theory is
- (i) a theory that permits ONLY Scientific Hypotheses within its framework, and
- (ii) that does NOT use secondary ad-hoc post-hoc escape-hypotheses to avoid contrary evidence, and
- (iii) that is NOT a Metaphysical Interpretive Paradigm that is immune to any contrary evidence (e.g., via the use of escape-hypotheses that are themselves NOT testable and NOT falsifiable as having occurred in the situations for which they are invoked to avoid the contrary evidence).

What is a Scientific Hypothesis?

A Scientific Hypothesis is a truth-claim, or a proposition that is
- (a) testable and
- (b) falsifiable
- (c) by experiments whose results are
- (d) repeatable and
- (e) reproducible, AND
- (f) where the core hypothesis is NOT protected against falsification,
- (g) by the use of secondary escape-hypotheses that are themselves NOT testable and NOT falsifiable as having occurred in the situations for which they are invoked to avoid the contrary evidence.
