This book has only one chapter and is the shortest book in the Old Testament. Obadiah opens with his vision. In his vision the Lord shows him that Edom, a nation that has been unkind to Israel, will soon feel the wrath of God. Some believe that much of the wrath spoken of in Obadiah will also come to pass globally.
